We know that many producers of ready meal or stir-fry dishes would like to process long-cut pasta, if they could measure them out exactly in their packaging. With our new technology, it is now possible for the first time to produce lengths of up to 35 cm long pasta into a nest form in such a way that it can be filled up on all multi-head weighers, problem-free without breaking. It can also be put into menu trays. The form of the nests (from round, oval or angular) and its weight (from 30 to 300 g) can be tailored tomarket requirements.

The recipe can be individually developed, and ingredients like eggs – spinach – mushrooms – chillies – lemon etc. can be added.
