About us

Since 1988, our family business has produced exclusively, highly specialized pasta, noodle products and rice for European producers of ready meals and stir-fry dishes, as well as for professional cooks, who use modern cooking technologies.We are a producer without own retail business. We use our know-how for developing individual solutions to problems in order to optimize our customers’ production processes.

In 2003, our new plant has gone into operation yielding themost efficient work-flow with our modern (partially self-developed by Keck) production lines. Three food chemists take care of this efficient production, development and rigorous quality assurance in which a high significance is placed on micro-biological examinations and standards.

It is important for us that all of the employees solve their tasks from the viewpoint of our customers. For this, they have large room to maneuver. We can get the development of products and samples ready in a short period of time and are also very flexible with batches and production runs.

Capacity
After the last expansion of our production, the entire capacity was designed to produce 15.000 tons a year. Four lines of production can be run in three shifts.We have created (very consciously) reserves in the production and in the product development in order
to fill additional orders at short notice.


Packaging
We pack our pasta and rice products in a flexiblymanner in packages with portions, different sizes of bags and boxes or in octabins.

Individual product Adaption
We develop individual recipes closely coordinated with our customers, and adapt the form and the size of the pasta as well as the cooking point of the products to their needs.

Short Reaction Time
Bespoke samples can be made up in between 2 and 14 days after request depending on the developing efforts. We can usually deliver the first orders within two weeks after the placing of orders.


Safety – highest priority

The quality assurance stands directly under the CEO. We control constantly the microbiological quality of the cleaning and of the processes of our production by SWAP-tests. We examine our products when they are produced, before shipping and with the termination of the expiry date. Beyond that we control consequently that all specifications are kept precisely. All produced products are examined by an external, accredited laboratory.

The plant is certified according to efsis, BRC and the European ÖKO regulations.
